Frank Lang
has extensive experience in construction related fields. From surveying the haul road for construction of the Alaska Pipeline, to acting as field engineer in multi million dollar underground utility projects, to founding and operating Frank Lang Construction for over 30 years. Frank studied Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Management, at the University of Alaska and has a Paralegal degree from Nova S.E. Law School. As a founding partner of Reliable Construction and Development, LLC., it will be our goal to bring cost effective and innovative construction practices to our customers.
Lennox Phillips
With over 35 years of experience as a Real estate investor Heavy equipment operator and project manager.
Mr. Phillips always has a “can do” attitude and has been able To successfully tackle some of the most difficult projects, while running labor crews and sourcing materials in the most efficient way.
Nathaniel R Cochrane
Real Estate investor and serial entrepreneur
Graduating with a BA communications of Brooklyn College
Nathaniel is an American born serial entrepreneur and businessman. He specializes in real estate investing, new construction, E-commerce and light tech. Nathaniel is super passionate with personal development and growth and spends most of his time Infrastructure, development and innovation and connecting with other ambitious creative talents to create sustainable, full-filling partnerships.
When not working, he is volunteering in the community and spending time family.
